Especially if if come to EMF's.

First of all EMF is thrown around like some idea that we all understand that electricity is bad for you & that we will all die from it. Sure, if you try to dry you hair while sitting in a bathtub full of water. What really what we are concerned about is EXPOSURE. EME is what I am talking about.

EME stands for ElectroMagnetic Exposure. This is the exposure that a deviec emits that the human body would be subjected to. This exposure is something that varies considerably from person to person & situation to situation. So what does that mean? It means we are all different, Hwich also means we all react to EME differently.

Some people do not feel anything unless it is just short of stick their finger in a live light socket (OUCH). Others can feel the electric and or magnetic fields in the wiring of the house or when someone is using a cell phone or wi-fi connected computer.

Those are the people I am most concerned with these days, but I worry about all of us. That is because we all get older, our immune systems are constantly changing & as we get older, our systems also can get weaker. So if we were fine today & not affected by EME, we may be affected tomorrow or sometime in the future. This means if you get seriously ill, and you recover from it, changes in your biochemical system may cause you to now be affected by EME.

So people are always asking my opinion (being a building biologist, dowser & alternative healer). The other day someone grabbed my arm & had me put some "balancing band" on my wrist. They proceeded to give me the speel on what it does & how if take scare of EMF"s. 1st of all it is not EMF"S, Its EME again. Anyway, within 5 minutes it made my skin tingle & hand slightly numb. So I took it off. Now, some would say i was having a reaction to the healing properties of the device & i was having a healing crisis & it would pass if I just pushed through. My thought was to push it off my arm & not deal with it.

Another day I was exposed to some machine that was supposed to balance me, & clear the EMF's out of my body & wherever it was placed. Of course for the sum of $$$$. For that kind of money, i could pay someone to come it & fix the issues with my house so I could sleep better & reduce the "EMF's" (actually again EME) that might be causing the real sleep disturbances.

BTW, I don't have sleep disturbances because I have dowsed my house & had it checked by someone else ( its like a MD giving themselves surgery). As well as the EME exposure reduced to to fixing wiring issues.

My point being is that gizmos & gadgets can & do work but only if you take care of the original source. This way they don't have to fight with what is trying to harm you & only have to clean up the leftovers. Sure, put a gizmo on your cell phone, I have one on mine. But I make sure I use it as minimum as possible. I hold it away form my head when I use it. I alternate ears when on it. Most important, I turn it off when not in use or put it in airplane mode.

As far as wearables, I start with a good diet & supplements that I need. This strengthens the immune system. I get a good nights sleep aways form EME. This is so my immune system can do its job at its best... when your asking, while you are sleeping. The immune system does not have to fight or deal with foreign invaders or stimuli such as EME or geopathic stress. Both or thee compromise the immune system. Yes I have a gizmo sitting on a stand in the room to combat additional stressors that I may have overlooked, but I did the basics 1st. I dowsed & reduced the EME then I add what I think I need.

Don't go to gizmos 1st, our body needs its good air, water, food & rest 1st.

That "Green thing"...

sent to me in a email:

In the line at the store, the cashier told the older woman that she should bring her own grocery bag because plastic bags weren't good for the environment.

The woman apologized to him and explained, "We didn't have the "green thing" back in my day."

The clerk responded, "That's our problem today. The store sent them back to the plant to be washed and sterilized and refilled, so it could use the same bottles over and over. So they really were recycled.

But they didn't have the green thing back in that customer's day.

In her day, they walked up stairs, because they didn't have an escalator in every store and office building. They walked to the grocery store and didn't climb into a 300-horsepower machine every time they had to go two blocks.

But she was right. They didn't have the green thing in her day.

Back then they washed the baby's diapers because they didn't have the throw-away kind. They dried clothes on a line, not in an energy-gobbling machine burning up 220 volts - wind and solar power really did dry the clothes. Kids got hand-me-down clothes from their brothers or sisters, not always brand-new clothing.

But that old lady is right, they didn't have the green thing back in her day…

Back then they had one TV, or radio, in the house - not a TV in every room. And the TV had a small screen the size of a handkerchief, not a screen the size of the state of Montana. In the kitchen, they blended and stirred by hand because they didn't have electric machines to do everything for you. When they packaged a fragile item to send in the mail, they used a wadded up old newspaper to cushion it, not Styrofoam or plastic bubble wrap.

Back then, they didn't fire up an engine and burn gasoline just to cut the lawn. They used a push mower that ran on human power. They exercised by working so they didn't need to go to a health club to run on treadmills that operate on electricity.

But she's right, they didn't have the green thing back then…

They drank from a fountain when they were thirsty, instead of using a cup or a plastic bottle every time they had a drink of water. They refilled their writing pens with ink instead of buying a new pen, and they replaced the razor blades in a razor instead of throwing away the whole razor just because the blade got dull.

But they didn't have the green thing back then.

Back then, people took the streetcar or a bus and kids rode their bikes to school or walked instead of turning their moms into a 24-hour taxi service. They had one electrical outlet in a room, not an entire bank of sockets to power a dozen appliances. And they didn't need a computerized gadget to receive a signal beamed from satellites 2,000 miles out in space in order to find the nearest pizza joint.

But, isn't it sad the current generation laments how wasteful the old folks were, just because they didn't have the green thing back then?! WOW!!

More Smart Meters

A letter exchange between two people then forwarded to me:

Dear R,

I had heard about them being put into Mpls, but hadn't heard about St Paul parking meters until now.

Yes, they do transmit microwave signals. So, they have microwave transmitting antennas on them and add to the EMF pollution that we are generally getting. When we approach such a meter to look at it and, say, swipe a credit card, we are getting very close to that source of microwave pollution. This adds to the concern about health impacts to our citizens.

L.

Hi L.
I just read about parking meters that are called "smart meters" that
can accept credit cards and other methoids of payment. Do you know if
they have any EMF issues? They're being installed on University Ave. in St. Paul.

R.

My Comments I sent back to them:

Here is a good reason not to live in the city anymore. The more we install in the metropolis areas, the thicker the cloud gets. It's getting to the point and beyond that having a meter to measure sources is just not going to be useful anymore. Just a meter that measures ambient levels will be all that is needed due to the sources being completely around us. It will be too difficult to mitigate all of them since as soon as we reduce or eliminate one, six more pop up.

I know people will be looking for solutions to this problem from us. I see it as move out of the city & only go in when you have to. I know that’s not the answer people are looking for , but constant bombardment is what is taking place. We need to build safe houses that have reduced RF penetration, but the problem is they still need to breath and be toxic free. Then what does one do when they leave the home? In Europe there are people that wear metallic beehive type suits when they go out in public, otherwise they are locked in their RF fortresses.

I'm not trying to sound bleak, but it gets frustrating when they just use and put technology somewhere just to put technology up somewhere. Now you have smart readers to read meters, what happens to all the meter readers and coin collectors? So we get smarter and put more people out of a job just because someone does not have 25 cents in their pocket.

This is also pushing us towards a paperless society. Now we lose even more jobs because we now don't need bank tellers, money handles, Brinks security drivers, etc. Just click and go. Also now, the government now tracks every single movement you are doing due to all of your transactions. When does the chip get installed and when do we have credits applied and what are the consequences when you cannot pay your credits back?

We are not the government where we can push off our current debt to the next three generations. So they take your house and put you on the streets so you need govt assistance anyway. I think we need to slow down a bit and breath. We are losing our connection to the earth and all that is good and healing about it. We are more worried about who's gonna win "Dancing with the Stars" while heating up our instant "food" in a microwave oven killing any nutritional benefits it may have had, while altering the chemicals in it we will ingest.

OK, off soap box for now.

We, us techno-geeks will look at some parking meters when we get a chance and see what they are doing. Meanwhile avoid smart meters being installed in your own home. For now that’s what we can do.

Smart Meters, what's so smart about them?

So, the latest & greatest device to save money & better our lives... the Smart Meter. So whats so smart about them? The utility company has contracted out having RF meters built for them to broadcast our usage of water (for example) 24/7.

Sure the information is encoded & some hacker can't possible figure out a way to break the code (yea right). Best of all, we the consumer gets to have this thing broadcasting 24/7 right inside our houses. Excuse me, did I ask to have a wi-fi broadcast station setup in my house bombarding me all day & night even when I sleep?

I visited a house today & saw my 1st smart meter in person. What I saw was a little antenna on a new meter & I measured a pulsed signal about every 22 seconds using my RF detector. I explained to the client the possible issues with having this thing broadcasting.
She was wondering if it is affecting her sleep. I said it could be, so now we are figuring out how to deal with something that was not wanted in the 1st place. If you come across petitions to fight for your right to keep these meters out of your home sign it. This is the 1st step of big brother watching our consumption of energy & resources. Also do you want some hacker to start to get your usage information?
Plus the fact we now have a Rf broadcaster unregulated. What I mean is we cannot turn it off.

I will get into more details in another posting but I wanted to share my 1st experiences in examining one. Being a techno geek, I was impressed with the size & construction. But being a building biologist, I am concerned on the health impact of a neighborhood broadcasting these signals on top of the wi-fi, cell phone & other smart devices out there. It's just more uncontrolled noise added to the RF cloud. If you could see the cloud, it would look like a dense fog & you may not be able to see your neighbors house across the street in some areas.

I for one do not want to end up walking around it a RF shield/mosquito net over me all day. There are people out there already who have to do this to survive being outdoors. But I feel my home should be a safe haven having something like this will not allow this. Part of me feels this is an invasion of privacy.

EHS & Hospitals

EHS otherwise know as Electro-Hyper-Sensitivity. Most people have never heard of it & would not believe such a condition exists. EHS is a condition where a person as a reaction to electric, magnetic or RF (radio frequency) fields. Symptoms can be headaches, itching, nausea, burning sensations, ringing in the ears, loss of concentration, blurred vision to name a few. People who have this condition have a difficult time just doing daily activities or going places.

How people get better from this is they avoid the fields as much as possible. But what if you don't know you have it, or are extremely ill & have to go to a hospital? That is a question I asked myself this week. I had to go to the hospital to visit someone & what I saw shocked me beyond belief.

The hospital was wired & wireless beyond anything I could imagine. Wireless routers were spaced every 3 rooms apart in the hallway. each room had a wireless hub & all staff members wore wireless tags on their clothes so the room knew who was in there. Wireless laptops on rolling stands everywhere. Even some of the monitors were now wireless.

So if someone had EHS how would they cope? What would the Dr's give them if they had an outbreak? How could someone possibly get better when the stuff monitoring them is part of whats making them sick?

I have felt the effects of EHS & I do not want to be in that environment for an extended period of time. I really don't have an answer for these questions at this time. I do know that after an hour or so being there, I now have a splitting headache that seems to be lasting longer than I usually have one.

So was it the stress of visiting someone in the hospital? Or was it the hospital itself making me sick?

How to Avoid Geopathic and Electromagnetic Stress

Avoid sleeping on a metal-spring mattress; choose a wooden bed as metal beds can collect radiation

Avoid sitting with electric cables under your chair or desk

Whenever possible, avoid spending any time near power stations or high voltage power lines

Remove electrical equipment from your bedroom (radio-alarm clocks, televisions, electric blankets, cell phones, computers and cordless digital telephone bases)

Remove electrical toys, for example: train sets, video games, etc. from your children's bedroom

Use a protective screen on your computer

Limit your cell phone use to only when you have to or for making quick calls, otherwise use a land-line

Switch to an analogue phone

Set up your digital phone base and wireless internet connection in a part of house where you don’t spend much time (avoid having a wireless network unless it is absolutely necessary)

On a regular basis, let lots of fresh air into your house and especially into your bedroom

Ideally live at least one-half mile away from any electric sub-station

Are Cell Phones the New Cigarettes?

Are Cell Phones the New Cigarettes?

Back in the 1950's, “More Doctors Smoke Camels than Any Other Cigarette”. This was a advertisement that was broadcast everywhere. It took till the 1970's for big tobacco to lose their 1st legal case against them for causing harm to someone (ie. link to cancer).

Cellphone are the same way. More & more studies are coming out from Europe about the dangers of cell phone use & their link to brain cancer. The thing is many of these studies either get buried or viewed as unreliable by most the so called industry experts. These experts are paid for by the cell phone industry themselves so this protects the businesses that are being investigated.

Just like smoking, the effects don't happen over night. It takes years for cancer to begin to develop from smoking, the same is happening from cell phone usage. I do a lecture on Microwave ovens called: "Is your Microwave Cooking More than your Food?" In my lecture I discuss how a microwave cooks food & what happens to the signals sent to the food inside. I also discuss microwave leakage & its potential effects on you.

Cellphones are really no different. They are like little unshielded microwave ovens. The frequencies transmitted get into your head & can cause damage to your cells over time. It is not so much as cooking your cells as it is to the frequencies doing damage to the cells.

Electromagnetic radiation such as that emitted by mobile and cordless phones can heat the side of your head or pulse it non-thermally, and potentially thermoelectrically interact with the organic electrical currents of your brain. Bluetooth devices and unshielded headsets can convert your head into an effective, potentially self-harming antenna.

Exposure is long-term and its effects on your body, particularly its electrical organ, your brain, are compounded by numerous other simultaneous long-term exposures including continuous waves from radio and TV transmitter towers, cordless phone base stations, power lines, and wireless/WiFi computing devices.

If you’re looking for some type of indication that cell phones are causing you harm, consider that all of the following ailments have been scientifically linked to information-carrying radio waves:

Fatigue

Headaches

Sleep disruptions

Altered memory function, poor concentration and spatial awareness

Alzheimer's, senility, dementia

Parkinson’s

Autism

Cancer

According to a University of Washington scientist: 70 percent to 80 percent of the energy emitted from the antenna of a mobile phone is absorbed in the head. Due to this children under the age of 10 should not be given a cell phone. Their bodies & brains are in the development stage & the frequencies emitted can cause permanent harm.

The safe way to use a cell phone: as little as possible. When using a cell phone, a wired headset should be used to move the antenna away from your head. When that is not possible try alternating the phone between both ears every 15 secs so as not to concentrate the signal to one side of your head. After use, the phone should be turned off, not sitting in standby mode in your pocket. It is still radiating when it is just sitting there. Also do not use it if the signal is weak. this cause the phone to boost the signal more to try to reach the tower.

There is a ton of information out there if you are interested in knowing more about this rising epidemic.Contact me if you would like to know more. my website: www.gratefuldowsing.com

Joan Baez @ the Minnesota Zoo

Diana & I went to see Joan Baez at the Zoo last night.
